Chicago Marathon Challenge: Introduction

In case you didn’t know, the Chicago Marathon is the Sunday before conference this year. Two AMTA members and regional student advisors decided to make this a challenge to not only complete 26.2 miles with a smile on their face and a song in their heart, but challenge their students to raise money for AMTA as well. In support of them and their efforts, we’re sharing their information to get the professionals in on the game. Can we show these students how fundraising is done? The next two posts will highlight Michelle Kennemer from the Southwest Region and Andrew Knight from the Midwest Region-our two fearless contenders. Continue the marathon spirit by purchasing an AMTA technical shirt designed specifically for your own pursuit of excellence. They should be on the AMTA website later this week for pick up at conference or shipped to your home for an additional fee!
